We are providing training lesons to staff that work with sales and costemer service. Mainly in retail shops. We have a program we call shop coaching were we help the staff to get succes in the job and work out what motivation and goals are in the job and life in general for them. We also work a lot with the team on the job to make sure that everybody is happy at work and everybody know that there effort on the job is important and the company is happy about the things they do. We also help companys with personal staff intewiews where we make a plan for the individual worker in the furtere. We also make team building days for clients.

www.kyan.com I like that this site is simpel and has a clean color setup with informative text and good visual images that says something about the product and gives a visual feeling on the site. www.alphaprint.dk the only thing I like here is that the image that are changing are not just straight line but fades out.

The homepage shall present our company and our products and give a few important information on what we can do and provide for new customers. And how our work in there company will make great results for there staff and for the company succes and sales.

My target customers are shops and business owners or leaders. (age 35-50) So we shall both send a visuel message that we are serious and proff and good and dedicated about the tings we do and can make great result for our customer and make there staff better to sell and provide service and be better team players. And also send a visual message that we are young, (age 35) and have a lot of energy and do things a different than the others. Our values are learning, tranning, succes, fun, teamwork, personal developement. I saw this guide line on 99design web page.
