We coach and develop athletes through strength and conditioning, power and speed training. Our athletes are ages 12-20 yrs old and both male and female.

our gym culture is tough. husky. badass. we build champions. we use barbells and plates and push heavy sleds and flip tires. we want something that will appeal to kids so we can sell tshirts and other merchandise. if someone can come up with a slogan, we would consider it. We are interested in exploring the use of the kanji symbol for "Warrior" or any others that make sense, graffiti, tribal and/or tattoo looks.
