This is a modern vacation rental in Downtown Sarasota, FL this property is a duplex. The left side is the Park side (the decor is modern with browns, and wood with a park view) other side (right) is City side with decor as grays and metals. It is in an Urban area with many modern type homes next to a 10 acre park with tennis courts, lake, and many oak trees. We have giant oak tree in the front yard. I am thinking a logo that shows we are downtown but have two units with different personalities.
