The Solution: I created a stylized, neon-infused battery character with animalistic qualities (fins/wings) to fit the requested \"Synthwave/Retrowave\" aesthetic. The design includes:

Aesthetic: A blend of cute mascot design with a futuristic 80s neon city background.
UI Integration: The character serves as the main dashboard focus, making health data instantly understandable and emotionally resonant.")
