The homes are typically small and unique with a vintage bungalow style to them. The experience in the rental is focused around the coffee house idea with each home having a coffee bar built in for espresso and other coffee drinks along with a very comfortable, inviting, warm style and design. The aroma of coffee will also be part of the experience along with branded coffee mugs and other branded items typically found in a coffee house or coffee bar.
The front porch will also be a central part of the experience that is both inviting and very traditional with a warm porch light and sitting area to enjoy the view and sip coffee.")

A logo will need to be versatile and usable in small sizes as it will be used for labels and possibly stamping leather and metal. Feathers & dragonflies are also a possibility
