"I’m really sorry for the delay and for not uploading the updated files earlier. Some urgent family matters came up, and I ended up overlooking the files in the process. I understand this impacted your timeline, and that’s on me. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. It’s tough to see a client unsatisfied, but I take full responsibility.
