The umbrella shade the rest of the surroundings, but the text \"shade\" still visible even though it's under dark. this perhaps can depict the company aim, to brought out incredible talent out there. even if they are under shade (undiscovered), the company can see and discover their talent and make them shine bright.

Frank (client) like to paint and collecting Warhammer 40k figurines as hobby. Warhammer 40k is a tabletop game that people play but also have figures for the game that need to be painted. Brohammer40 born as social media account, the contents are everything about Warhammer 40k.
It's a wonderful design process, from start of research, (because I have no idea what Warhammer is, but hey, I know Gundam! don't judge :p), brainstorming, revision until execution and finishing went flawlessly. :)

Catherine Forte is a singer-songwriter, musician, and performer. Born into a musical family, she has been writing her own music and performing since the age of twelve. In French, the word for strong is 'forte'. And The French meaning of her name Catherine is pure, or clear. Together, it means \"pure strength\".
Based on that, I decided to go with realistic visual approach to depict strength and maturity, combined with fresh and dynamic animation to give down to earth feels, and the outcome is very satisfying :)

\"Mugen\" means Infinity (無限), dream and fantasy (夢幻) in Japanese language, a deep meaning and philosophy, the owner is definitely great at choosing name for their business and I think it's really beautiful, so I decided to combine Japanese illustration style with Oregon quirky & avant-garde culture and it's well known beautiful diverse landscape into a dreamy & fantastical scene. Surreal with a twist of happiness, a typical scene where you find on a mind blowing anime, with seemingly never ending noodle to represent infinity. A result of translating what the client said: \"Infinity dream and fantasy of noodles. Never stop creating and innovating new recipe\" into a stunning artpiece that customers can enjoy while they eat a bowl of tasty ramen noodle. :)

The challenge is to create a logo that simple, minimalist, down to the earth & bold but has to be unique and unlikely to any other coffee shop in local. Client want to build this business so that it can be franchised nationally. So we want to catch customer’s attention through this logo. Whenever other people see this logo, they know where it is come from. It has to be iconic, memorable, but also deliver the meaning of \"danshari\".

After some research and brain-melting sketching process >,< , I find the conceptual approach and simplicity over \"null/empty set\" symbol is more than enough to tell the story about the brand.
