"Communication is key in any process, when a feedback is provided and I answer back I expect the same when the answer was expected. All files were provided in timely manner and extra files that were not part of the handover process can problematic this is why I expected an answer from my previous worries, I didn´t have none but just a bad feedback, I was unreliable I wouldn´t have even answer to all the doubts and even give an opportunity to continue working with revisions before the handover was completed."
