Upon researching the name Maydan we found it has meanings of an open space in the center of town and a gathering space. This fit perfectly with our mission and tagline. Maydan café is a modern café that will serve locally roasted coffee, tea, bakery items, scratch made crepes, hot pressed wraps, quesadillas, smoothie bowls and café decadents. The cafe is targeted towards all ages and demographics and will serve foods that are inclusive to an array of dietary needs and palates . Maydan Café’s mission is to provide a gathering space for community engagement and connection, to serve quality foods using as many organic and local ingredients as possible and to integrate sustainable practices while achieving these goals. Community + Local + Sustainable. The cafe's interior decor is simple and includes plants and books.")
