99designs is a great place for small and large organizations to get professional help with their design projects. At 99designs, startups get significantly more design proposals and artists than what they would get from a local design shop (this is true for all organizations, not just startups), while larger, established entities that may have in-house designers are provided a flexible solution to augment their design staff when practical. I had a great experience with my logo design contest and will use 99designs in the future.
